Ce roman raconte l’histoire d’une jeune fille issue d’une famille paysanne. Orphelins de père, ses trois frères, sa mère  et elle vivaient dans une précarité insupportable. Très peu scolarisée et n’ayant aucune amie avec qui passer du temps, elle prit l’habitude d’aller prier tous les jours au calvaire de sa localité. Au moment où elle s’y attendait le moins, elle fit une rencontre qui allait changer sa vie et celle de toute sa famille. Ce changement de situation l’amènera à faire des expériences insoupçonnées.

This novel tells the story of a young girl from a peasant family. Fatherless, her three brothers, her mother, and she lived in unbearable precariousness. With minimal schooling and no friends to spend time with, she got into praying every day at the Calvary in her locality. When she least expected it, she had an encounter that would change the fate of her entire family. This change in situation will lead her to have unsuspected experiences.
